Delivery

Customers have to ensure that purchased furniture can fit in through all doors, stairways, lifts, escalators etc at their locations. Please refer to our website for the dimensions of each piece of furniture.

All furniture will be delivered assembled with protective wrappings.

It is to be highlighted here that Customers inspect each piece of furniture for superficial damage before our delivery team departs the location. The rejected piece will be taken away without charges, and replaced, subject to stock availability. Claims of superficial damage after the delivery may not be entertained.

Ex stock items can be delivered within 5 to 14 working days, and 6 to 8 weeks for ordered items.

Delivery is FOC for 3 pieces and above in one order, and S$60 flat rate for 2 items or less in one order. Self-collection is also welcome at our Gambas warehouse.

Return / Change of Purchases

WAVE is happy to provide a refund for any returns as long as they are still in the unused condition and without any damage within 14 days of delivery. The customer will be accountable for repacking and return delivery charges.

The customer can also choose to exchange the returned furniture for other ex-stock items in the WAVE Collections.

Unfortunately, we are unable to extend this Return Policy to any WAVE items that are sold at promotion prices or Customised products.
